Morris & Spottiswood Group Enhances Integrated Service Strategy with Senior Professional Services Appointment

GLASGOW, UK. July 16th, 2026 – Morris & Spottiswood Group has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Claire Sarafilovic as Director of Professional Services. The newly created role reflects the Group’s commitment to expanding its integrated service model and will see Claire lead the development of a fully connected in-house advisory function that complements its existing delivery capabilities.

The appointment marks another important milestone in the Group’s growth strategy, supporting expansion across carefully selected sectors, service lines and geographic regions. As the business continues to evolve, Claire will help bring together its consultancy expertise into a cohesive offering, enabling clients to access a seamless, nationwide service from a single trusted partner.

Claire brings more than two decades of experience in driving business growth, improving operational performance and delivering large-scale capital programmes within the built environment sector. She joins the Group from AtkinsRealis, where she held a number of senior leadership positions over an eight-year period, most recently serving as Practice Director for Buildings and Places across Scotland and Northern Ireland.

With extensive expertise in strategic leadership, complex project delivery and organisational change, Claire will play a key role in further integrating the Group’s advisory and operational capabilities. Her work will focus on ensuring clients receive consistent strategic guidance and practical support throughout every stage of a project, from initial planning and development through to completion and ongoing operation.

Commenting on her appointment, Claire said: “There is an exceptional depth of expertise and experience across the Morris & Spottiswood Group, and I am excited to help strengthen the connection between our advisory and delivery teams. By working more closely together, we can provide even greater value to our clients and help them achieve their long-term goals. I look forward to collaborating with colleagues across the business as we continue to build our reputation as a trusted partner throughout the entire project lifecycle.”

Jon Dunwell, Executive Chairman of Morris & Spottiswood Group, added: “Claire’s appointment represents an important step forward in delivering our integrated service strategy. The Group brings together eight specialist disciplines that span the full building lifecycle, and Claire will play a central role in connecting our advisory and delivery expertise to create an even stronger proposition for clients. Her track record of leading large multidisciplinary programmes makes her exceptionally well suited to this position, and we are delighted to welcome her to the business.”
