JGP Consultancy Managing Director Named Finalist at Enterprise Vision Awards

CHESHIRE, UK. June 4, 2026 – Kathryn Pearson, Managing Director of JGP Consultancy, has been named a finalist in the Driven Leader category at the Enterprise Vision Awards (EVAS), one of the UK’s most respected celebrations of female entrepreneurship and business leadership.

Now in its 15th year, the Enterprise Vision Awards recognise women who are making a significant impact within their industries and communities, shining a spotlight on leadership, innovation and business success across the UK.

The recognition comes after a landmark year for Kathryn and the JGP Consultancy team. Since taking over as managing director, she has overseen a period of rapid growth, with turnover increasing by 186% during her first full year in the role, alongside improved client retention and major project wins across healthcare, construction, security, engineering and leisure sectors.

Driven by a passion for helping businesses succeed, Kathryn has also revamped JGP Consultancy’s service offering to deliver greater value to clients, with a particular focus on supporting SMEs looking to access and thrive within the public sector marketplace.
Speaking about being shortlisted, Kathryn said: “Being named a Finalist in the Driven Leader category at the Enterprise Vision Awards means a huge amount to me. Since taking over as managing director, I have been determined to grow the business and take an active role in providing the best possible service to our clients. It isn’t always easy, so to have that recognised among such an inspiring group of women in business is something I’m incredibly proud of.”
While the growth figures tell one story, Kathryn says the nomination is equally rewarding because it reflects the hard work of the entire team and the relationships they have built with clients over the years.

Under her leadership, JGP Consultancy has significantly increased its public profile through new partnerships, sponsorships and attendance at key industry events, helping to raise awareness of the opportunities available to businesses looking to work within the public sector.

The company continues to support organisations across the UK with specialist procurement consultancy services, helping businesses navigate complex bidding processes and unlock sustainable growth opportunities.

Kathryn’s nomination recognises not only the commercial success achieved by JGP Consultancy over the past year, but also her commitment to creating opportunities for others and building a business that genuinely supports its clients.

Lexus Javines, Business Analyst at JGP Consultancy, added: “Watching Kathryn build JGP and earn this recognition has been brilliant for all of us. She is the heart of the company, a true inspiration, and sets the standard for the team. This nomination is thoroughly deserved.”
The winners of this year’s Enterprise Vision Awards will be announced at the awards ceremony in Blackpool later in the year, bringing together some of the UK’s most inspiring female business leaders to celebrate achievement, resilience and innovation.
