New Directions Health and Social Care provides training and recruitment support to organisations working with young people, vulnerable adults and the elderly and is now working with The Priory, which is well known for supporting patients with specialist mental health care across Britain, to help with staffing as The Priory continues with its ongoing delivery of rehabilitation, brain injury, eating disorder, psychiatric intensive care and other treatment services at 100 of its facilities across the country.

Sam Marriott, Head of New Directions Health & Social Care, said: “The Priory Group has developed an unrivalled reputation for delivering real and long-lasting results to its patients over the years, so it is a real delight to have been identified as a key partner in supporting the continued provision of these highly esteemed services.

“We are really pleased to be working with an organisation that is widely considered to be the leading provider of rehabilitation and other behavioural care services within the UK, and to be supporting the ongoing provision of services.”

“We are now recruiting for Nurses in all disciplines, Care assistants, and Support Workers, including those in the Cheshire area, as a result of this new agreement,” Sam added.

“We would therefore urge health and social care professionals who are based or able to work in the region, and with a passion for supporting others, to get in touch and help play a key role in promoting the continued health and wellbeing of thousands of people across the UK.”

Collectively, the New Directions group of award-winning companies provides specialist recruitment and training support within Education, Pharmacy, Nursing and Social Care, delivers specialist Domiciliary Care, and offers an effective online system to help organisations manage their employee checks.

In November 2021, New Directions Health & Social Care also expanded its services to offer short and long-term Nursing placements and permanent Nursing positions in private Healthcare, leading on to its new partnership with The Priory Group, and other key clients.

It also operates a successful referral scheme in its nursing division specifically, with benefits available to those who refer a care specialist to work with New Directions Health & Social Care.
