Blesatech Consultancy Services is entering its next decade with a new service designed to help entrepreneurs build stronger, more sustainable businesses. The company has announced the launch of Infinite Business Growth Systems (IBGS), a proprietary framework created by founder and CEO Dr Sariki Abungwo to bring together the strategy, marketing and technology needed to attract customers, generate sales and encourage repeat business.
The launch coincides with the consultancy’s tenth anniversary and reflects its journey from a Cameroon-based IT business into a UK consultancy supporting entrepreneurs with a broader range of business growth solutions.
For Dr Abungwo, the anniversary is a significant personal achievement, providing an opportunity to acknowledge the experiences and challenges that have shaped his career, as well as the people who have played an important role along the way.
Blesatech was first established in Cameroon, with its name inspired by Dr Abungwo’s mother, Blessing. Her influence helped set him on his entrepreneurial path. Following his move to the UK in 2017 to further his education, he continued to grow the company and gradually expanded its services beyond its original IT consultancy roots.
The business now combines expertise in commercial strategy, website development, digital marketing, customer relationship management and automation, helping organisations bring different aspects of their operations together.
Over the years, Dr Abungwo observed that many entrepreneurs were facing a similar problem. While they were investing considerable effort in finding new customers and generating leads, they often lacked the connected systems needed to turn interest into purchases and maintain relationships that would lead to further sales.
“Many business owners aren’t struggling because they lack ambition or aren’t working hard enough,” said Dr Abungwo. “Businesses are constantly chasing leads, following up with prospects and wondering where their next customer will come from. I believe they deserve systems that help them grow without everything depending on their daily efforts.”
The experience prompted him to create Infinite Business Growth Systems, drawing on his decade of running a business and his professional knowledge of technology and digital transformation.
Alongside his entrepreneurial work, Dr Abungwo is a Fellow of the British Computer Society and a member of Forbes Coaches Council. He has built his professional expertise around helping businesses embrace technology, innovation and opportunities for commercial growth.
IBGS is built around six key principles that work together: Reliability, Reputation, Readiness, Reach, Resell and Remarketing.
The six areas are designed to address the different requirements of business growth, from developing a trusted reputation and reaching potential customers to increasing sales conversions, maintaining customer engagement and generating repeat business.
“Having more followers doesn’t necessarily mean having more customers, and having more customers doesn’t automatically mean having a more profitable business,” Dr Abungwo explained.
“The real opportunity lies in connecting the systems that attract customers, convert their interest into sales and keep them coming back. That’s what Infinite Business Growth Systems is designed to help businesses achieve.”
Unlike services that concentrate on individual marketing activities or lead generation, the methodology considers the complete customer journey. It brings business strategy, technology and customer relationship processes together to provide a more comprehensive approach to growth.
The framework will also be used within Blesatech’s specialist programmes, including Socials That Sell, which helps businesses turn their social media presence and audience engagement into potential commercial returns.
Blesatech plans to make the methodology accessible to businesses through a selection of support options, reflecting the fact that entrepreneurs have different priorities and requirements. These will include educational programmes, coaching, guided implementation and done-for-you services.
Rather than assuming every business needs the same solution, the consultancy aims to help owners understand their specific growth challenges and identify the most suitable way to address them.
Looking ahead to the company’s next ten years, Dr Abungwo is keen to build on the foundations established since Blesatech was founded.
“What began as an idea inspired by my mother has grown into something much bigger,” he added. “Ten years in business has taught me that success isn’t simply about how quickly you grow. It’s about the value you create, the people you serve and whether what you’re building can last.”
“Looking ahead, my vision is to help more entrepreneurs move from constantly chasing their next customer to building businesses that grow more consistently, predictably and profitably.”
To support the introduction of IBGS, Blesatech is inviting entrepreneurs to arrange a strategy consultation where they can discuss their current business challenges and identify potential opportunities for growth.
