National student accommodation provider, Collegiate AC UK (Collegiate) has recently completed the onboarding of the entire Arlington portfolio, with the final two properties in Chester coming under its management.
Over the past two years, Collegiate UK has been onboarding the 34 Arlington-owned properties to expand its delivery of outstanding student experience to the purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) market.
Collegiate is one of the UK’s leading providers of contemporary student accommodation, providing homes to over 10,500 students in many major cities across the UK. A wide range of amenities are available, including gyms, games and TV rooms, as well as open shared living spaces. An ethos of consistency and a strong customer service and satisfaction across all residences, has led to a rating of ‘Good’ or ‘Very Good’ from a high percentage of Collegiate UK residents every year in national student surveys.
The addition of the two Chester sites (on Liverpool Road and Hunter Street), brings the total number of properties managed by Collegiate to 41, with 34 of these being owned by UK Investment Manager, Arlington. With almost 400 beds, Tudor Place (323 beds) and Granary Studios (73 beds) will both now come under the Prima Vidae brand offering quality, campus-focussed, student living in city centre locations at exceptional value. With a contemporary vibe, Prima Vidae offers everything students need to succeed at university.
