How Southbank Centre Is Turning Employee Feedback into Action in New Webinar

LONDON, UK. October 13th, 2026 – What happens after employees tell you what they think? An upcoming People Insight webinar will explore how Southbank Centre is making feedback part of everyday organisational life. HR and people development professionals will hear how the UK’s largest arts centre, home to Royal Festival Hall, is connecting employee listening, accountability and 360 feedback.
Building a Culture of Feedback: Inside Southbank Centre’s Listening & 360 Journey will take place on Thursday 29th October 2026, from 11.00–12.00 noon GMT. Southbank Centre’s Courtney Caton, Internal Communications and Engagement Manager, and Luke Jackson, Learning & Development Manager, will join host Costa Antoniou, Senior Consultant at People Insight, for a candid conversation about bringing organisation-wide listening and individual development together.
Collecting feedback is only the beginning. For HR and L&D teams, the challenge is turning what employees share into clear priorities, meaningful development and action that people can see.
The webinar will explore how Southbank Centre is approaching that challenge, connecting insight about the wider employee experience with feedback that helps individuals understand their impact and develop.
Accountability is central to the conversation: how to maintain momentum after feedback is collected, encourage ownership and make follow-through a visible part of the process.
Tom Debenham, Managing Director of People Insight, said: “Employee listening and leadership development are often treated as separate activities. Bringing them together helps organisations connect what employees experience with how their leaders behave, then take responsibility for what changes next.
“We’re delighted to welcome Southbank Centre to explore that connection and share practical ideas for making feedback part of how an organisation works.”
Attendees will take away a more joined-up approach to feedback, connecting organisation-wide listening with individual development, practical ideas for building participation, accountability and visible follow-through and approaches they can adapt within their own organisations, from listening cadence to 360 feedback and action planning.
The session is designed for HR, L&D and organisational development professionals looking to strengthen the connection between employee voice and people development.
For teams reviewing their employee listening approach or planning a 360 feedback programme, it offers an opportunity to hear directly from practitioners bringing these elements together within a major cultural organisation.
Live attendees will also hear additional ways to take the conversation further and put the thinking into practice.
Registration is now open. Join the live webinar to hear Southbank Centre’s experience and discover practical ideas to strengthen feedback in your own organisation.
