Daisy Communications Ltd. acquires Communicate Better Ltd.

Telecommunications specialist Daisy Communications has acquired Communicate Better. From Friday, May 27 the award-winning managed technology provider of IT, mobile, telephony and telematics, will become part of Daisy Communication’s expert, independent offering.

In the last twelve months, Daisy has made invaluable business gains, bringing the XLN Group and Premier Choice Telecom Ltd into our expanding business of innovative and forward-thinking partnerships. This acquisition bolsters the company’s ability to provide its clients a resource that truly reflects the service and delivery values of one of the UK’s largest specialist communications suppliers.

“I am delighted with the acquisition of Communicate Better,” said Dave McGinn, Daisy Communications CEO. “This is a promising partnership to add to our flourishing portfolio, increasing our footprint in telephony products, enhancing our Microsoft relationship, and accruing telematic products. I am excited to welcome our new colleagues and customers to the Daisy family and to continue our journeys together”.

The acquisition of Communicate Better is a celebration of like-minded entities. Together, these companies share a vision of delivering creative, cutting-edge, integrated, end-to-end business solutions, providing a strong, competitive advantage. Through this addition, Daisy have also secured a telematic offering that strengthens and diversifies its portfolio. This is vital for supporting business users and meeting environmental goals.

“I’ve been at the helm of Communicate Better for over 12 years now and we’ve come a long way to make the company the success it is during this time,” said Wayne Cartwright, Communicate Better CEO. “Now is the right time for me to step aside and hand the reigns over to Daisy Communications in the knowledge that the staff and customers are in trusted and capable hands. I’d like to thank everyone involved in the journey and wish all the best continuing success in the future.”

As the two brands come together, Daisy Communications is looking forward to bringing the expertise, knowledge and capability of the team at Communicate Better to new and existing customers.
