New solicitor bolsters Altrincham family law firm

Lund Bennett has appointed a new solicitor to strengthen its family law team.

Hollie Aspinall, who joins from a firm in North Wales, is thrilled to be working full time at the Altrincham office.

The University of Birmingham graduate, who completed her Legal Practice Court at the University of Law in Chester, qualified as a solicitor in March 2019.

Since then, she has gained valuable experience in many areas of family law including pre and post nuptial agreements, disputes involving children and divorce with associated financial matters.

Hollie said: “I understand that clients are often going through difficult times in their lives and so I take a compassionate approach whilst providing clients with clear and pragmatic advice.”

She added that she was keen to build on the strong reputation that Lund Bennett already has. “It’s so exciting to join such an experienced team, and to work with the quality of clients and cases that this firm attracts,” she said.

Partner Kirsten Bennett said: “We are thrilled to welcome Hollie as her appointment demonstrates our commitment to offer clients the best professional advice from highly regarded solicitors.”

Lund Bennett, set up in 2012, also has a Manchester office and acts for clients in all areas of family law. These services include but are not limited to finances and divorce, pre-nuptials, separation issues and child maintenance disputes.

Sharon Lund and Kirsten Bennett set up the business whilst working together but Kirsten took the helm in 2020. She has plans to continue expanding the firm’s reach by successfully supporting clients across England and Wales.
