OBI has completed a letting of 4,896 sq ft of space on the fifth floor of Delphian House as Agents to Read Roper & Read Solicitors on a 10-year lease.
As part of Bruntwood’s Riverside development, Delphian offers access to on-site gym, wellness and community events programmes, which are often hosted in the courtyard of the campus.
Relocating from Alberton House, Read Roper & Read Solicitors, and their residential conveyancing division LPL, provide legal services and expertise in the area of real estate, including buying, selling and re-mortgaging achieving a top 10 position at the Land Registry in 2022.
