CRATE CHESHIRE IS NAMED UK’S BEST BARBERSHOP

Crate Cheshire in Northwich and Knutsford has won a national hairdressing award making them the top barbershop in the country!

Owners Charles and Alex Rose, and their team, were named Male Grooming Salon/Barbershop of The Year in the prestigious British Hairdressing Business Awards earlier this month.

The event brings together the best of the professional hairdressing industry to celebrate those who have excelled in the past year. Crate Cheshire beat five other finalists from across the country to be named the winners at the ceremony in London on the 4th October.

The business, which was only established three years ago has a salon in Knutsford as well as the new shop in Barons Quay, which opened in September.  In the past year, Crate has also been named as a Finalist in the L’Oréal Colour Trophy Men’s Image Award and a Finalist in the the Modern Barber Best Business Leader category.

The multi-award winning salon offers a wide range of quality services for men including colour, cut and finish, wet shave and beard trims.  The salon also stocks its own range of luxury hair products and home fragrances to give customers the salon experience at home.

As well as all this, Crate is helping the next generation of award winning barbers with their own training Academy, which is now open for 2022 applications.

Charles Rose said:  “We are incredibly proud to have won such a prestigious award after just three years of opening our first Crate Cheshire salon. We’re all incredibly passionate about what we do, and we work extremely hard to give our clients the best experience. We’re thrilled to win this award!”

Barons Quay Centre Manager, Lina Higuita said: “Congratulations to the team at Crate Cheshire. What they have achieved in such a short time is credit to their creativity, professionalism and ambition! We are proud to have them here in Barons Quay and it’s a real coup for Northwich to have the best barbershop right here in the town centre!”
