Beyond Law Group’s specialist practice, Beyond Conveyancing, highly commended at British Conveyancing Awards

Beyond Conveyancing, a specialist practice of Beyond Law Group, has been recognised at the prestigious British Conveyancing Awards held on 15th March 2022.  Supported by headline sponsor Dye & Durham, the awards showcased excellence in the conveyancing industry.

Law firms and legal suppliers came together from around England and Wales to the heart of Westminster at Church House in London. Through the course of the hybrid ceremony, organisations from around the country were recognised for their investment in technology, people and process, and placing the interests of clients at the heart of their service delivery.

Beyond Conveyancing was highly commended in the Boutique Conveyancing Firm of the Year category. The category identified excellence in smaller, boutique firms who are the backbone of the conveyancing economy.

Beyond Conveyancing, which is headed by conveyancing specialist Sarah Edwards, is the Group’s third independent business following Beyond Corporate Law and McAlister Family Law.

The specialist conveyancing practice was established during the pandemic and officially launched in March 2022. Despite being in its infancy, Beyond Conveyancing has already achieved its CQS accreditation and has built extremely strong relationships with estate agents across Cheshire and South Manchester, and is now seen as the go-to residential conveyancing firm in the area.

Founder and Chief Executive of Beyond Law Group, Matt Fleetwood, commented on the achievement: “This is a tremendous achievement for the team and the Group, particularly as the business is still in its infancy. It is absolute testament to the team’s tenacity and hard work in getting this right from the start, sticking to the plan and choosing the right partners.

It’s wonderful to see the practice flourish as client instructions continue to increase and we continue to build strong relationships with estate agents across Cheshire and South Manchester.

I am absolutely delighted and proud of what the team and the business has accomplished and look forward to seeing the success of Beyond Conveyancing evolve over the coming months and years.”

Managing Director of Today’s Media, organisers of the awards, David Opie said: “With record entries and an esteemed panel of judges, those who have been recognised through The British Conveyancing Awards can be rightly proud of their achievements. It’s heartening to see so much hard work, dedication and achievement being recognised across the conveyancing industry.”
