Cheshire College offers final open evening of the year

Cheshire College – South & West is set to welcome prospective students, parents, and members of the local community to its final open evening of the academic year.

The event takes place from 5.30pm – 7.30pm on Wednesday, April 23 across the Crewe, Ellesmere Port and Chester campuses and is the last opportunity for anyone still considering their next steps in education to see what Cheshire College has to offer.

Visitors will be able to tour the College’s state-of-the-art facilities, speak directly with expert tutors, watch live demonstrations, and receive one-to-one support with their applications.

Principal and CEO, Jasbir Dhesi OBE, said: “We’re excited to open our doors one last time this year and show prospective students all the opportunities available to them. Whether you already know what you want to study or are still exploring your options, our open evening will give you the chance to discover it all.”

Those looking to upskill or considering a complete career change, are also welcome.

Offering more than 300 courses, including A Levels, T Levels, apprenticeships, adult learning, higher education, and vocational programmes, strong industry links, supportive tutors, and award-winning facilities help students build the skills and confidence to succeed.

To make education more accessible, Cheshire College continues to provide free transport for all full-time students aged 16–18 who live over one mile from their chosen campus. This includes public bus services to all campuses, plus an additional coach service to Crewe Campus, with no means of testing required.
