Swansway Motor Grooup Seek Business Teams for 2022 Gingerbread Enterprise Charity Challenge

Swansway Motor Group and The Gingerbread Centre are searching for teams from local businesses and groups to join their 2022 Enterprise Challenge.

Stoke-based homelessness support charity The Gingerbread Centre, established in 1977, have joined forces with family-owned Swansway Motor Group to host the challenge.
Chris Belyavin, Fundraiser at The Gingerbread Centre commented:
“We are looking for enthusiastic teams of 6, who will find innovative and exciting ways to grow their cash. As long as it’s safe, legal and ethical, there really is no limit to what you do. It’s a great way to build relationships, develop creativity and have lots of fun whilst also raising money for charity.

2021’s event was a huge success and we would love to try and beat last year’s total of £5,081. Are you up for the challenge? “

Seeking teams from local businesses, groups, or clubs to join, individual teams will be given a total of £50 to turn into as much money as they can, in just 6 weeks! The challenge will run from June 13th until the 25th of July 2022.

The £50 seed money could be used to buy fantastic raffle prizes, buy ingredients to hold a bake sale, or even help you set up a car washing stall.

The event will be sponsored by Swansway Motor Group, who have a large number of car dealerships across both Cheshire and Staffordshire.

“We are delighted to once again sponsor the Swansway Gingerbread Enterprise Challenge. Last year’s event was a great success, and it’s important to us that we support The Gingerbread Centre in the valuable work that they do in the local community” said David Smyth, Director of Swansway Motor Group

“We have always been grateful for the support we have received from the people of Stoke and Stafford in our various businesses over the years, and sponsoring this enterprise challenge is another way we can give back to the community.”

To register your interest, or book a team place(s), please contact Chris Belyavin, Fundraiser at The Gingerbread Centre by calling 01782 973491 or email: [email protected].
