Health and wellbeing festival announced for next Summer

UFEST24 – a new health and wellbeing festival designed to empower, promote confidence, encourage personal growth and overall wellness – is coming to Cheshire.

The event, organised by Cheshire Club and sponsored by Sinclair Law Solicitors, takes place at Stock Farm and on Tatton Estate land in Ashley, Hale, on Sunday, June 30.

UFEST24 organiser and CEO of the Cheshire Club, Joanna Scott-Aspray (pictured) said: At UFEST24, we’re all about celebrating the things that contribute to overall health, wellbeing, self-care and mental health.

“It’s not just an event, it’s a movement to promote self-care, good health and raise awareness about mental health support. Her vision for UFEST is to inspire and educate creating a sense of community among diverse individuals and businesses.

“In fact, 10% of every ticket sale will be donated to BeeU Mental Health Charity, helping them continue their invaluable work. In these times, mental health awareness matters more than ever, and together, we can make a difference.”

Talks from professionals

The event will include talks from professional speakers, coaches and mentors, with guest experts from law, finances, gut health, menopause and hormones, sex and relationships and psychology experts.

There will also be chances to check out the pamper area with yoga, meditation, reiki, and massage sessions.
