Charge-M8 Amplifies Sale Headquarters Amid Surging Client Demand

In a strategic move to accommodate increasing customer demand, Charge-M8, the EV charging innovators, have substantially expanded their headquarters on Carrington Lane in Sale, effectively doubling their operational space to support their growing team.

Commencing in 2021 with a modest team of three working from home, Charge-M8 has rapidly evolved, now employing 11 full-time staff, including leading EV engineers and sales and marketing professionals, located at their Sale headquarters and throughout the UK. With three additional roles currently open and more positions anticipated, expanding their office footprint and securing an option on the vacant floor above demonstrates Charge-M8’s long-term commitment to their Trafford base.

Julian Smith, CEO of Charge-M8, shared, “Interest in the electric car market has increased substantially since we first started which is fantastic to see. Workplaces and hospitality venues are really getting on board and realising that they need to provide good quality and reliable charging solutions for their employees and customers and we’re here to make this happen.

“Investing in the right people and offering first class customer service has always been our key strategy and I’m delighted to say that it’s paying off.  We’ve just been welcomed by the Northern Power House Green Economy and will be exhibiting all our latest products at six of the UK’s largest tradeshows up and down the country from now until November, so having more office space is very much needed to cope with the increase in demand.”

Charge-M8 has also extended its diverse range of commercial EV chargers to additional installers across the UK, supported by industry-leading commissioning and technical support.

Iain Hughes, Technical Director at Charge-M8, added, “With our expanding range of commercial charging products we wanted to build our own test centre and training facilities in-house, to enable installation partners to learn about our product range in a professional setting, with additional EV Charger installations in our car-park for real-world training and development.”

Charge-M8 is swiftly establishing itself as the first choice for EV chargers in residential and office settings. Being OZEV certified for both domestic and commercial setups and accredited installers for several leading EV Charging brands, Charge-M8’s technical specialists are adept at assessing your needs and crafting a bespoke EV charging strategy tailored to your requirements. Their recent endorsement by the Buy With Confidence scheme, managed by Trading Standards across the UK, affirms their dedication to the highest service standards.

With a plethora of EV charging solutions available, the value of expert advice cannot be overstated.
