Property Lease Option expert Nicky Greer has joined forces with the United Kingdom Property Network to introduce a new monthly networking event in Liverpool, set to begin this January.
The event is open to property professionals from various backgrounds—investors, sourcers, tradespeople—and provides a platform for building connections, sharing insights, and creating new business opportunities in a relaxed yet professional setting.
Nicky, the UK record-holder for the largest lease options deal and co-founder of Lease Options Mastery Academy Ltd, will lead each session, offering attendees a wealth of expertise.
The event is expected to draw 30 to 50 participants each month and will be held on Thursday evenings for a £5 entry fee. Industry experts will be present, ensuring attendees gain valuable insights and connections.
In addition, Nicky has launched a lead generation service alongside the event, which provides clients with exclusive off-market property leads, saving them time and reducing competition in the search for high-quality prospects.
This service is tailored for diverse needs, including land acquisitions, residential, and commercial property investments.
