Halton Stairlifts earns sixth consecutive Platinum honour at Feefo Trusted Service Awards 2026

Halton Stairlifts, a prominent UK supplier and installer of stairlifts, has received the Feefo Trusted Service Award for 2026.

The latest accolade represents the company’s sixth Platinum award in succession, underlining its consistent focus on delivering high standards of customer care throughout the entire customer journey.

The Feefo Trusted Service Awards are determined exclusively by verified customer reviews, meaning the recognition is based entirely on genuine customer feedback and experiences.

The award follows a notable phase of expansion for Halton Stairlifts, including the launch of a new 17,000 sq ft headquarters and customer showroom in Widnes.

This purpose-built space enables customers to explore and test a variety of stairlift models in person, supporting more informed and confident purchasing decisions.

It also underpins the company’s continued growth, offering greater stock capacity, enhanced operational processes, and the opportunity to expand its workforce further.

Since starting in a garage in 2008, Halton Stairlifts has developed into a nationally recognised provider, assisting thousands of households across the UK with mobility solutions designed to support independent living.

Customer feedback frequently highlights the team’s professionalism, efficient installation times, and the reassurance provided throughout the entire process.

With consistently strong ratings and a large volume of verified reviews, the company has built a reputation as one of the most trusted providers within the stairlift sector.

Neil Mckenzie, Director at Halton Stairlifts, said:

“We are incredibly proud to receive the Feefo Trusted Service Award for 2026 and to achieve Platinum status for the sixth year in a row. This recognition is driven entirely by our customers, which makes it especially meaningful to everyone in the business.

“The opening of our new headquarters and showroom has been a huge milestone for us. It gives customers the opportunity to see and try our stairlifts before making a decision, while also allowing us to continue growing and improving the service we offer.

Our focus has always been on delivering a service that people can rely on during important moments in their lives. This award is a reflection of the hard work of our team and the trust our customers place in us every day.”

As demand for mobility products continues to increase, Halton Stairlifts remains committed to upholding the standards that have secured this ongoing recognition.

The company plans to continue investing in its people, facilities and overall customer experience to maintain its position as a trusted provider for households throughout the UK.
