Petite Agency has strengthened its international ambitions after securing a significant contract that will see the business support marketing activity across several European markets. The deal represents a major achievement for the Teesside company as it continues its rapid expansion.
The agency has been appointed by AT-PAC, a global scaffolding and access solutions provider, to support marketing efforts throughout Germany, Sweden and the Benelux countries.
The new agreement builds on an existing relationship with AT-PAC’s UK business, where Petite has spent the last year developing social media campaigns, producing content and enhancing brand visibility.
Earlier in 2025, the agency completed its first overseas content project in Sweden, capturing footage and photography of one of Europe’s largest temporary weather protection structures. The project demonstrated the team’s ability to deliver high-quality content within complex technical environments and on an international scale.
Following the success of that work, AT-PAC expanded Petite’s remit to include support across a number of European regions.
Founded by Sophia Gowland in 2020, the agency has grown considerably in a short period of time. What began as a solo venture has developed into a team of eight, with employee numbers doubling over the past year. The company has also recently relocated to larger offices to support future expansion.
Petite has built a strong reputation in social-first B2B marketing, particularly within the construction, property and professional services sectors, while continuing to broaden its reach into other industries.
Sophia Gowland, Founder and Director of Petite Agency, said:
“This contract is a fantastic milestone for the agency and a reflection of the momentum we’ve built over the last few years.
Our focus has always been on delivering strategic work that drives commercial value for clients in specialist sectors.
We’re grateful for the trust AT-PAC has placed in us and proud to have demonstrated our capabilities on international projects.
This opportunity gives us a strong platform for future growth.”
The contract win reflects Petite’s “small name, big ideas” ethos, showing how a specialist agency can successfully compete on projects often associated with much larger organisations.
With a growing presence across Europe, Petite Agency is now targeting annual revenues of more than £1 million. The business also plans to expand its team further while continuing to help ambitious organisations strengthen their market position both in the UK and abroad.
