GCS Group Awarded a Place on ESPO Framework 953_26 Modular Buildings

DERBYSHIRE, UK. July 1st, 2026 – GCS Group, a leading provider of portable and modular buildings, are excited to announce that they have been awarded a place on the ESPO Framework 953_26 Modular Buildings.
The appointment provides schools, academy trusts and public sector organisations across the UK with a fully compliant and streamlined procurement route. Allowing people to access GCS Group’s modular building solutions, the framework allows organisations to have fast, easy access to GCS Group’s modular building solutions. By simplifying the buying process, the education sector can focus on what matters most; delivering outstanding education for their pupils.
The framework is running for an initial two-years from 23 April 2026, with the option to extend until 2030. It offers a faster, more efficient route to purchasing or hiring high quality modular buildings, reducing the time and administrative burden typically associated with public sector procurement.

Jade Sheppard at GCS Group, said: “We are delighted to have been awarded a place on the ESPO framework, which represents a significant achievement for our business and reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality, innovative portable and modular building solutions.”
Customers can also have complete confidence that their project is being delivered by a trusted supplier that has undergone a rigorous vetting and evaluation process.
Jade added: “We look forward to working with schools to provide fantastic, much-needed facilities that create inspiring learning environments and support future generations.
“GCS Group are proud to be recognised alongside other leading suppliers and are excited about the opportunities this framework presents to strengthen existing relationships and develop new partnerships in the years ahead.”
