ALTRINCHAM LAW FIRM PRICE SLATER GAWNE AGAIN RANKED IN LEGAL 500 AND CHAMBERS DIRECTORIES

Excellent feedback for the firm’s Clinical Negligence, Serious Injury, Wealth Protection and Court of Protection teams

Price Slater Gawne has achieved rankings in the UK’s most prestigious legal directories: The Legal 500 and Chambers UK Legal Guide 2023. The Legal 500 charts the best 500 law firms in England and Wales, and Chambers and Partners lists the best legal talent in the UK.

The Altrincham-based law firm has grown significantly over the past two years, recruiting at all levels. In the past two years revenue has grown by 64% and headcount has doubled to 70.

In the Legal 500 the firm’s Clinical Negligence team received excellent feedback including:

“Price Slater Gawne to my mind is one of the best in this field. Their specialist Clinical Negligence team is incredibly strong. This firm is at the top of my list of personal recommendations when asked by friends and family.” as well as praise for Director and Head of Clinical Negligence Mark Slater:

“Mark Slater has the rare ability to immediately pick out all the salient issues in any case and to then analyse the merits and weaknesses, before setting out exactly what needs to be done to bring the case to a swift and satisfactory conclusion with maximum efficiency and minimal stress and fuss for the client.”

The firm’s expertise in Clinical Negligence is echoed in Chambers UK Legal Guide 2023, where Director Chris Gawne is described as “enormously experienced” and “exudes quality”.

The firm’s Serious Injury team makes its debut in the Legal 500, ranking in Tier Three for its work with clients, who as a result of an accident have life-changing physical or psychological injuries. Special mention is made of Senior Associate Solicitor Jonathan Grundy: “Jonathan Grundy has been around the block and knows what he’s doing.”
