Luxury estate agent Distinctive Living launches in Chester

Distinctive Living, a premium estate agency, has celebrated its grand launch at the Bar Lounge in Chester.

Property professionals, service providers and business leaders came to the event, eagerly embraced the innovative approach that Distinctive Living brings to the North West property industry. The launch also supported the Martin Gallier Project which has recently moved into the city.

Daniel Lee, founder and director of Distinctive Living, said: “We are thrilled to introduce Distinctive Living to the Chester and Cheshire property market. Our vision is to redefine the way distinctive properties are marketed, and we aim to provide an unparalleled level of service to our clients.”

Daniel’s founding business Douglas Butler has quickly become a well-known and well-respected estate agent since it was founded in Chester in 2019, and inspired the new sister company, Distinctive Living.

Daniel added: “Douglas Butler primarily focuses on selling stylish first-time buyer homes, investment properties, fixer-uppers, and family homes. In contrast, Distinctive Living aims to concentrate on selling unique properties and homes of distinction across Chester and Cheshire.

“Typically, the minimum property value we consider is around £600,000, and we exclusively focus on iconic and unique homes, where you wouldn’t find anything similar. To maintain our commitment to personalised service, we limit our portfolio to a maximum of 10 properties at any one time. This exclusivity allows us to deliver an exceptional experience to our clients.”

With a growing team of associates and property experts, the Distinctive Living team can offer unique strategies for launching new properties to the market.

Bringing a property to the market is a meticulous process for Distinctive Living. It takes a minimum of 14 days, during which it handles everything from valuation to the final listing.

The company prides itself on a comprehensive approach, which includes professional staging, photography, videography, and even a custom luxury brochure.

Daniel, who lives in Chester, continued: “Our unique approach to marketing properties ensures that our clients’ homes receive the attention they deserve. We maintain a priority buyer database, inform them of new listings, and strategically advertise across social media platforms and popular property websites like Rightmove. Additionally, all clients are thoroughly vetted to prevent time wasters, and I personally handle viewings, negotiations, and guide the property through to completion.

“What I love most about the properties in Cheshire is the incredible variety, from traditional character-filled cottages to modern luxury homes. Cheshire offers a perfect blend of green spaces, scenic locations, historic villages, and its close proximity to Liverpool, Manchester, and beyond makes it an extremely popular place to live and invest.”

New standard

Distinctive Living’s launch promises to set a new standard for luxury property sales in Chester and Cheshire, offering a boutique and tailored approach to selling unique homes and properties of distinction.

The estate agent thanked everyone who helped celebrate the launch.
