Enterprise Software Specialist Q:Chi Reaches 25-Year Milestone

SWINDON, UK, June 30, 2026. Q:chi is celebrating its 25th anniversary after a quarter of a century helping enterprise organisations improve marketing operations and manage channel partner incentive programmes through automation.

Founded by CEO Greg Evans in 2001, the business has grown into a respected software provider serving global enterprise brands. Over the years, Q:chi has developed strong client partnerships, built extensive industry expertise and created technology that brings marketing, finance and procurement together through one reliable platform.

The business began during the dot-com era when Greg Evans spotted an opportunity to improve the way enterprise companies managed channel partner marketing budgets. Long before cloud software became mainstream, Q:chi developed an online solution designed to simplify financial management while improving governance through structured approval processes.

Working with enterprise organisations across a range of industries revealed that many marketing teams faced similar operational problems. Budget visibility, disconnected systems, complex approvals and limited collaboration between marketing, finance and procurement remained common obstacles. During the early 2010s, Q:chi channelled these experiences into the development of its own software platform.

Today, the company delivers two core solutions. Q:chi) Harmoni provides marketing operations automation with real-time visibility into campaign planning, budgets, spending and reporting. Q Affiniti streamlines channel incentive programmes including MDF, co-op funds, rebates, deal registration and claims management using partner self-service, workflow automation and AI-powered fraud detection.

Q:chi has partnered with organisations operating in technology, financial services, payments, automotive, hospitality, FMCG and food and beverage, with many customers remaining with the business for well over ten years.

Greg Evans, CEO and Founder of Q:chi, said: “When I started Q, I wanted to build a company that would last. Having witnessed the mayhem of the dot-com boom and bust, I wanted Q:chi to be the opposite. Twenty-five years on, I am proud that we have stayed true to that. We have navigated the financial crisis, the explosion of cloud computing and now we are embracing the AI era. Through all of it, we have kept investing in our platform, our people and the relationships that matter. The fact that so many of our clients have stayed with us for years is the thing I am most proud of.”

The company is continuing to expand AI capabilities across both Harmoni and Affiniti, using its decades of expertise in marketing operations and channel programme management to shape future innovation.

Q:chi is headquartered in England, United Kingdom, with enterprise customers located around the world.
