RVA SURVEYORS SEEKS EXPANSION WITH KEY SENIOR SALES HIRE

Denton-based business rates reduction specialists, RVA Surveyors is advancing its ongoing expansion and recruitment plans with the appointment of Field Sales Manager, James Hulme.

James joins the business as part of a sustained period of intensive growth for RVA Surveyors, which has already seen the business double in size from 50 to 100 personnel. RVA Surveyors is expecting to expand further and is anticipated to reach 150 employees by June. James is the newest of recent senior appointments in response to growing demands for businesses seeking to reduce their business rate liability.

In his new role, James will form an integral part of the company’s sales operation overseeing and expanding coverage throughout England and Wales to ensure that the increasing demands for business rates reduction services can continue to be met in all corners of the country.

James brings with him a wealth of sales management experience both in managing internal and external sales teams. His most recent position was as a senior sales manager, responsible for all sales activity at Perry’s Group in Burnley.

James commented that he was glad to be joining a growing and forward thinking company that  places the needs of clients at the forefront of its service proposition. James commented: “I hope to contribute further to the strong service already provided to RVA’s clients.”

James takes on the mantle of field sales manager from Daniel Goodier, who will be taking a new role leading the growing new business development team, which will focus on clients with larger and multiple properties.

RVA Surveyors is an independent business rates reduction specialist offering services to business rate payers, whether commercial property owners or tenants. RVA has found that  50% of all properties reviewed could be paying too much in their business rates.

Managing Director, Anthony Hughes commented: “It is great to have James join the company to oversee our field sales division. He brings with him a great deal of sales management and customer service experience and will help to deliver our plans to correct the business rates systems as government Covid help and support for businesses end imminently.”

Established in 2008, the firm employs more than 100 people and works with a variety of businesses across the UK to help reduce their property’s business rates liability.
