20 Stories hosts chocolate dining experience in the sky

Manchester’s highest restaurant and bar, 20 Stories is inviting guests to join them to celebrate World Chocolate Day.

Taking place on the 7th July, the 20 Stories team will host a delicious chocolate feast dining experience in their magical private dining room in the sky for guests to enjoy.

The evening will consist of a specially curated four-course tasting menu, in which each course will feature chocolate as a key ingredient.

The first course features white chocolate, olive oil and caviar, while the second features Pigeon breast, cherry and chocolate porter sauce. Guests then move on to the third course of Braised pork belly, alliums and mole negro. Finishing with the final course of the evening Chocolate mousse, caramelised white chocolate, almond, blackberry and clotted cream ice cream.

To start the evening guests will be treated to a glass of Nyetimber on arrival, whilst overlooking the Manchester skyline, followed by an introduction by Executive Head Chef, Daniel Scott as well as a description of each of the courses.

The evening will begin at 6:30pm and will be priced at £55 per person.
