The Children’s Adventure Farm Trust annual Charity Christmas Ball

The Children’s Adventure Farm Trust are holding their annual Charity Christmas Ball to celebrate 30 years of making a difference. Being held at The Mere Golf Resort & Spa on Saturday 3rd December 2022, the Ball will be a fabulous night of celebration, with sparkling drinks reception, delicious four course meal, fabulous table gifts, amazing raffles & auctions, brilliant host, mega party band & much more!

Set in the Cheshire countryside, CAFT offers day trips and residential stays, free of charge, to terminally ill, disabled and disadvantaged children. Their aim is to provide an opportunity for adventurous play in a countryside setting for children whose needs or circumstances prevent them from accessing the sort of childhood experiences most of us would take for granted. The needs of the visitors are complex and range from severe physical and learning disabilities, sensory impairments and terminal illnesses through to children who act as carers for a family member, to children who have already faced bereavement or who have witnessed and been victims of abuse. For these children, a visit to CAFT provides a much-needed opportunity, to have fun and laughter and to simply enjoy being children. To make these magical moments happen CAFT need to raise one million pounds a year. In 2021 over 13,000 children visited their 10 acre site and benefited from their services. In 2022 they aim to further increase this provision to 14,000+ children. You can learn more about what they do here: www.caft.co.uk

In order to put on amazing events and raise the vital funds needed CAFT are looking for event sponsors! The Christmas Ball is a great opportunity to support a wonderful charity, whilst having a fabulous night out with your friends, family or colleagues! Sponsoring the Christmas Ball will give your business exposure to up to 400 guests on the night in addition to a larger reach through pre and post event promotional coverage. Promotions would include social media avenues, event flyers, press submissions, presentations on the night, signage and featuring in the event programme.

There are various levels of sponsorship to suit your budget and business goals. Of course, any sponsorship would be a huge help in supporting the opportunities provided for the children at CAFT. For example, the Entertainment and Drinks sponsor would fund day visits for 600 children whilst the Main Sponsor would fund a 3 day residential break for 37 children or day visits for 1000 children!

For sponsorship packages or to discuss further, please contact the Events Fundraiser Natalie on 01565 830 053 or email [email protected].

Alternatively, you can book tickets to the ball through the following link. Tickets are £85 and any party size is welcome!
