OBI completes 10-year letting at Delphian House

OBI has completed a letting of 4,896 sq ft of space on the fifth floor of Delphian House as Agents to Read Roper & Read Solicitors on a 10-year lease.

As part of Bruntwood’s Riverside development, Delphian offers access to on-site gym, wellness and community events programmes, which are often hosted in the courtyard of the campus.

Relocating from Alberton House, Read Roper & Read Solicitors, and their residential conveyancing division LPL, provide legal services and expertise in the area of real estate, including buying, selling and re-mortgaging achieving a top 10 position at the Land Registry in 2022.

Andrew Cowell, Transactions and Asset Management from OBI said: “After many years in Alberton House it has been great to work with LPL and Read Roper & Read to find their new home. Bruntwood’s space at Delphian House which is part of the Riverside development is a great fit for their business. The campus scheme with good quality workspace and great amenities will be a place that their teams will enjoy.”

OBI provides advice to clients in Manchester across its multi-discipline services, which include leasing and investment, office acquisitions, building consultancy, business relocations, interior design, project management and dilapidations.
