In her capacity, Cathy will steer the service towards the creation of significant mixed-use developments, aimed at invigorating areas and making them vibrant hubs for living, working, and leisure.
The service’s offering is comprehensive, encompassing project kick-off, investment planning, strategy development for delivery, business case crafting, advice on grant funding, governance, support for bids, procurement strategy, project planning, and risk management.
