Home care team announces new ownership in Cheshire East

Local home care provider, Bluebird Care Cheshire East, has welcomed a new owner.

Under new leadership from director Liam Jones-Davies, the home care team is set to grow and expand delivery of its home care services to the local community.

The team of 25 care experts at Bluebird Care Cheshire East provide care to keep people safe in their own homes.

They currently support 31 customers aged between 8 and 98 years of age with a comprehensive range of services including live-in care, respite care, dementia care, support for a range of physical and learning disabilities, including specialised care for children.

Now, under the new direction of Jones-Davies, the home care team will be doubling efforts in this important area of care, and introducing enhanced training opportunities to their care experts, to help support the estimated 5,730 people over the age of 65 living with dementia in Cheshire East.

Mr Jones-Davies said: “I am honoured to be able to contribute to making a meaningful difference to people’s lives – including by offering live-in care services to meet the rising demand for people remaining at home for longer as they age and avoiding relocation to a residential care setting.

“With a dedicated team by our side, we will continue to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients and their families, ensuring that compassionate care remains at the heart of everything we do. We look forward to expanding our reach, enhancing our services, and creating a community where every individual receives the dignity and compassionate support they deserve.”

Bluebird Care Cheshire East is rated ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of health and care services in England.
