A New Look for a Growing Business: UK Mortgage Centre Rebrands as It Expands Its National Reach

UK Mortgage Centre, an independent mortgage broker, has announced a new brand identity as the business continues its expansion across the UK, marking a meaningful moment of evolution for a company that first opened its doors in Warrington and has grown steadily into a national operation ever since.

The story of UK Mortgage Centre began in a modest Warrington office, founded on the belief that there had to be a better, more human way of helping people find and secure a mortgage. That belief has continued to drive everything the business does, even as its scale and reach have changed substantially.

Paired with the launch of a redesigned website, the rebrand is the outward expression of a business that has matured and expanded, designed to reflect the reality of how UK Mortgage Centre operates today without departing from the direct, client-focused values on which it was founded.

At its heart, the new identity exists to tell a more accurate story about what it is like to work with UK Mortgage Centre: receiving advice that is clear and free of unnecessary complexity, experiencing a service that feels personal and attentive and approaching a major financial decision with a greater sense of confidence than might otherwise have been possible.

Sam Fox, founder of UK Mortgage Centre, said: “We started UK Mortgage Centre because we believed there was a better way to guide people through the mortgage process. It can feel overwhelming, and we wanted to create something that simply speaks to people in a clear and honest way. As we’ve grown beyond Warrington, it became important that our brand reflected how we actually work today, approachable, straightforward and focused on people. What hasn’t changed is our commitment to giving honest advice and making sure clients feel confident and supported at every stage.”

Whilst the rebrand reflects the extent to which UK Mortgage Centre has grown as a national business, the organisation has been keen to emphasise that the qualities that made it worth growing have not been diluted in the process. The service remains built around independent advice that is shaped specifically around each client’s individual situation, whether that client is a first-time buyer, a homeowner looking to remortgage or someone in the process of moving to a different property.

Sam added: “For most people, this is one of the biggest financial decisions they’ll ever make, so it’s about more than just getting from application to offer. It’s about trust, clarity and making sure people feel looked after. If the new brand helps us communicate that more clearly as we continue to grow, then it’s done exactly what we set out to achieve.”

As a mortgage is secured against your home, failure to maintain your repayments could result in repossession of the property. Please note that the Financial Conduct Authority does not regulate certain forms of buy-to-let mortgage, nor does it regulate will writing, taxation advice or trust advice.
