These promotions underscore our firm’s commitment to recognising and developing talent while continuing to provide exceptional legal services to our clients.

Elevation to Partner: Charlotte Percy

We are pleased to announce that Charlotte Percy has been promoted to Partner. Since joining Lund Bennett Law in 2020, she has consistently shown exceptional legal insight, commitment, and leadership.

Charlotte’s expertise lies in matrimonial financial settlements and pre-nuptial agreements, and she brings a wealth of experience to her new role. Her knowledge has been crucial in the firm’s recent appointment as Family Law Solicitors for members of the Cheshire Police Federation. In her capacity as Partner, Charlotte will continue to lead our efforts to uphold excellence in family law.

Kirsten Bennett, Managing Partner of Lund Bennett Law, stated: “Charlotte’s promotion is a testament to her hard work, dedication, and outstanding contributions to our firm and clients. We are confident that she will continue to excel and play a crucial role in the future success of Lund Bennett Law.”

Advancement to Associate Solicitor: Hollie Aspinall

We are equally delighted to announce that Hollie Aspinall has been promoted to Associate Solicitor. Since her start with us in 2022, she has displayed remarkable dedication and skill in addressing complex family law issues. Her commitment to providing compassionate and effective legal solutions has earned her the respect of both her colleagues and clients.

Hollie will continue to concentrate on divorce and child arrangements, where she has already made a significant contribution. This promotion acknowledges her hard work and the high quality of service she offers to our clients.

Hollie remarked: “I am honoured to take on this new role and grateful for the opportunity to continue growing with Lund Bennett Law.
