New Royalty-Free Business System Set to Transform UK Care and Recruitment Start-Ups

Train 2 Hire has launched a pioneering model for the UK care and recruitment industries, offering a franchise-style system with no royalties, no imposed territories, and unrestricted freedom for business founders.

The initiative comes from Joseph Willis, a highly respected care-sector leader, CEO of Lastminute Care & Nursing, and founder of the Quality Employment Agencies professional body. As a full member of the Quality Franchise Association and a recipient of numerous industry awards, Willis brings extensive expertise to the new programme.

His organisations have amassed a notable collection of awards, including three consecutive wins for Most Trusted Health & Social Care Staffing Agency at the Business Excellence Awards. They have also received a Global Recognition Award, along with additional honours celebrating quality, transparency, and innovation within healthcare staffing.

This pedigree underpins the Train 2 Hire approach, which gives aspiring entrepreneurs access to high-level operational models designed from real industry success.

Standard care franchises in the UK often require a substantial investment of £100,000–£150,000, alongside ongoing royalty payments and geographic restrictions. Train 2 Hire provides the same level of structure and guidance without the high costs or contractual obligations.

Participants gain access to a complete business setup framework, including recruitment systems, compliance processes, marketing materials, professional documentation, and detailed guides. The package also features video-led training, continuous founder support, a learner network, and the freedom to trade without royalties, compulsory branding, or regional limits.

The full system is priced at £10,000, though the first 100 entrepreneurs to join will benefit from a 50% founding member discount.

In addition, Willis has pledged long-term support for former members of the armed forces transitioning into entrepreneurship.

To honour this commitment, Train 2 Hire will offer a permanent 50% discount for all UK military veterans, enabling affordable entry into a sector where their skillsets — including reliability, leadership, and resilience — naturally align.
