Micom Secures Spot on the UK’s Best Workplaces 2026 Ranking

Micom has been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces 2026, a distinction that reflects the company’s strong workplace culture and the high levels of trust and engagement reported by its employees.

The recognition was announced by Great Place to Work® at an event held at Grosvenor House on Park Lane in London, where organisations across the country were acknowledged for creating positive and supportive working environments.

Micom appears in the 2026 list for companies within its size category, recognising organisations where employees consistently report strong trust in leadership, meaningful engagement with their work and a positive organisational culture.

The UK’s Best Workplaces list is based on confidential feedback gathered from employees as well as an independent assessment of workplace culture. The process highlights businesses where trust, collaboration and employee satisfaction are embedded in day-to-day operations.

For Micom, the recognition represents an important achievement as the company continues to develop and expand. The business has long maintained that a strong internal culture plays a key role in sustaining performance, particularly as teams grow and new opportunities arise.

Andy Barber, CEO of Micom, said: “I won’t pretend this doesn’t feel brilliant.

“To be recognised like this, knowing it comes directly from our people, is something I’ll never take lightly.

“We’ve grown. We’ve pushed ourselves. And through it all, the team has shown up for each other. That’s what makes this special – not the ranking itself, but the proof that as we grow, we haven’t lost who we are.”

Micom continues to focus on supporting its workforce through leadership development initiatives, employee wellbeing programmes and clearly structured career pathways across the organisation. As the company grows its technology platform and expands its client relationships, preserving a strong culture remains a central focus.

Being included in the UK’s Best Workplaces ranking reflects both the current strength of Micom’s workplace environment and the organisation’s commitment to continual progress.
