Signature Clinic, one of the United Kingdom’s largest and most established cosmetic surgery providers, has announced the appointment of three individuals to senior positions within its leadership team, as part of a concerted effort to expand its clinic network and consolidate the expertise guiding its clinical, operational and commercial direction.
The appointments confirmed are Mr Mabroor Bhatty to the role of Clinical Director, Tracey McAleney to the role of Chief Operating Officer and Sarah Hill to the position of Head of Sales.
Each appointment has been made with Signature Clinic’s core priorities firmly in mind: to sustain and enhance the quality of care that patients receive, to uphold clinical excellence across every site, and to build the leadership structures needed to support the next phase of the organisation’s growth across its clinics in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Cardiff, London and Dublin.

Mr Mabroor Bhatty takes on the Clinical Director position equipped with decades of specialist experience in plastic and cosmetic surgery. His medical career began with a degree from Karachi University, after which he came to the UK to undertake postgraduate training in plastic surgery and earned his FRCS from the Royal College of Surgeons in 1992. He trained across a number of prominent NHS hospitals within programmes overseen jointly by the Royal College of Surgeons and the British Association of Plastic Surgeons, subsequently building a career as a full-time consultant. Since 2010 he has directed his practice entirely towards cosmetic surgery, developing a strong specialism in facial work and the technically demanding area of body contouring following extreme weight loss. He contributes actively to international surgical education through lectures and published work in his specialist fields and maintains a commitment to humanitarian surgery, continuing to work as a visiting plastic surgeon supporting reconstructive procedures for patients in underprivileged parts of the world.
Tracey McAleney brings to the Chief Operating Officer role a broad and impressive background in senior leadership across private healthcare, aesthetic medicine and large retail organisations. She will lead on operational strategy, performance improvement and the effective scaling of the organisation across its multi-site network, directing her energy towards better patient experiences, sharper operational efficiency and the robust governance and compliance infrastructure that responsible growth in a healthcare setting requires.
Arriving as Head of Sales, Sarah Hill draws on a professional background of more than 15 years in private healthcare, refractive surgery and commercial leadership across organisations operating from multiple locations. She will lead national sales strategy, drive patient acquisition performance and take ownership of commercial growth across the clinic portfolio. Her approach will focus on cultivating sales teams of the highest calibre, designing patient acquisition processes that are built to scale and generating revenue growth that is both consistent and sustainable within a regulated healthcare context. Her track record encompasses the leadership of large teams, the development and implementation of performance frameworks and the integration of sales, marketing, operational and patient service functions into a coherent commercial operation that delivers results.
