Gulliver’s World reopens for family fun

Warrington families can again embrace family fun at discount prices with the popular theme park resort Gulliver’s World reopening this weekend.

The family-friendly theme park reopens this Saturday, February 19, with a special offer on tickets booked in advance.

Entrance to the 100-acre site, which boasts more than 30 rides and attractions across six themed areas, will cost just £15 if booked at least two days in advance, for visit dates until March 20.

A Gulliver’s annual passport, which offers unlimited entry for 12 months to all five Gulliver’s UK theme parks, is also available for only £99 per person.

The theme park, which opened in 1989, is also offering great value deals on birthday packages throughout the year. A 20% discount can be secured for birthday party packages booked in 2022 with the booking code PARTY20 (offer ends February 28).

Themed packages include the thrill-seeking Roaring Rides Party, the fairytale-themed Princess & Unicorn Party and Jurassic adventure Dinosaur Discovery Party. Up to 50 guests can be accommodated for parties and family celebrations, with prices starting from only £14.50 per child.

Families can extend the magic with a one-of-a-kind sleepover or short break at the on-site hotel and lodgings. As well as hotel rooms and suites, guests can sleep in themed dens and lodges including a Woodland Fairy Den and Lost World Dino Den, and hotel suites like the Unicorn Suite and Pirate Suite.

Gulliver’s World also welcomes groups to the resort. Discount tickets are on offer for groups of 20 or more, with one free ticket for every eight paying guests.

Special Educational Needs (SEN) groups are welcomed (with one free carer ticket for every paying SEN child), with residential and school trips and group sleepovers also catered for. Gulliver’s World is also a unique venue to host proms and graduations, with different packages to celebrate in style.

Craig Clews, resort director at Gulliver’s World, said: “We aim to give every guest at Gulliver’s World a truly special experience and we’re really looking forward to reopening for an exciting year ahead.

“We’ve been entertaining families and young people in Warrington for more than 30 years and we’re proud to continue that tradition of providing magical moments for the young and young at heart.”
