This November, discover a heart-warming recipe with a Middle Eastern flair: Meatballs with Rice in Cardamom Soup. Perfect for the British harvest season, this dish uses premium Japonica rice from the EU, bringing together quality and flavour in every bowl.

These meatballs, crafted from ground beef and Japonica rice, are enhanced with a blend of spices and fresh herbs. The rich, cardamom-scented soup, combined with fresh spinach, makes for a wonderfully smooth, satisfying texture.

Recipe Overview: Meatballs with Rice in Cardamom Soup
