Manor House Hotel, an independent family-owned hotel in Alsager, is excited to be celebrating the spas first Valentine’s Day this year. Opened at the end of 2022, The Spa at the Manor House has features such as hanging day beds, a multitude of quiet cosy spaces for couples to relax in, as well as the UK’s first swim-up bar, the perfect place for couples to fall in love all over again. To celebrate the first Valentine’s Day, the spa has lovingly put together five spa packages to suit any budget, allowing couples to truly indulge and enjoy one another’s company from £80 per person.
All packages include access to the indoor and outdoor Luxury English Country themed spa garden, which has underfloor heating around the outdoor spa facilities, and cosy fire pits making it accessible in the cooler February months. Guests can enjoy a lunch for afternoon tea in the Pool House, which is home to a log burning stove and the famous swim-up bar.
Other facilities include the Potting Shed Herbal Sauna, Panoramic Laconicum with swing seats, Salt Steam Inhalation Chamber and icy Plunge Pool, as well as a refurbished indoor spa, which houses an array of spa experiences to relish including a large serenity pool, Finnish sauna and aromatherapy steam room. Guests can also enjoy the Salt Shed Experience, a private guided meditation in a Himalayan salt sauna. There is also a comforting relaxation lounge where guests can reflect before and after treatments. To reinvigorate the body and warm from the outside in, guests can choose from a menu of treatments from British Spa brands Tribe517 and Temple Spa.

For a truly indulgent break, guests can opt for the Ultimate Time for Two. Including an overnight stay, breakfast, evening meal and prosecco and chocolates, the package includes 7-hour spa access from 10am – 5pm, as well as a 60minute Time for Two Couples Treatment or Tribe517 or Temple Spa Treatment
Time for Two Spa Break, £399 per couple
For couples who really want to unwind, the Time for Two Package includes and overnight stay at the Manor House, with breakfast and evening meal included. A bottle of prosecco and chocolates in the room will set the mood for a romantic evening away, and 4 hours afternoon access at the new spa will be sure to let couples unwind. Included within the spa access is a 30-minute Salt shed experience, a private guided meditation in the Himalayan Salt Sauna.
Valentines Ultimate Spa Day, from £180.00pp
Enjoy a full day of spa use, with the indulgence of 7 hour access, from 10am – 5pm as well as a 60minute Time For Two Couples Treatment or Tribe517 or Temple Spa Treatment. Guest can also enjoy a glass of Rose Prosecco and a delicious Afternoon Tea in Pool House.
Morning or Afternoon Valentines Package, from £80.00pp
Enjoy 4 hour spa access in either the morning of afternoon. There’s plenty of time to amble around the beautiful spa garden or indoor facilities and included is a glass of rose prosecco on arrival, a sharing platter as well as a private Salt Shed experience. A perfect half day experience!
Spa Twilight, £89 pp
From 6pm-9pm, guests can experience complete relaxation and indulgence under a starlit sky, with full use of the brand new luxurious indoor and outdoor spa facilities at The Spa at Manor House. Guests can enjoy a delicious seasonal platter in the newly refurbished Pool House, with a swim up bar, where they can choose from a selection of drinks. Making the most of natural light and fresh air, the exciting new development is inspired by the hotel’s picturesque rural location which looks out onto the fields beyond. Embracing the English countryside, the spa garden combines quintessential landscaping and country garden planting with modern wellness facilities, with expansive views of the sky, ideal for star gazing.
