New Head of Residential Sale revealed by Knight Frank in latest Cheshire office

In its new Cheshire office, property consultant Knight Frank has appointed Andrew Fisher as Head of Residential Sales.

Knight Frank hired Andrew as a Sales Negotiator in 2018. He was promoted to Core Market Manager in 2021, then to Office Head for Battersea and Riverside the following year.

In his new role, Andrew will run Knight Frank’s newly opened office in Wilmslow, Cheshire. He will be joined by an experienced sales team to build the firm’s market share in the area, as well as reconnecting with many Knight Frank clients who now call the county home. Andrew will be working in tandem with Peter Edwards and Freddy Dalrymple-Hamilton, from Knight Frank’s Country Department who handle some of the area’s most prestigious properties. He will also offer a continuation of the firm’s London-based Sports Desk, who oversee athletes and professional sportspeople’s relocation with the region.

Andrew and the team will cover the whole of Cheshire, with focus initially placed on the Northern parts of the county, encompassing popular locations such as Alderley Edge, Wilmslow, Knutsford and Prestbury.

Andrew commented: “Having worked in the London property market for the last eight years, covering a range of residential markets and dealing with a broad spectrum of buyers, I’m very excited to return to Cheshire with my wife and son to be closer to family and to enjoy a different way of life.”

“Our Cheshire offering is an exciting opportunity to create a tailored, one-to-one service for clients, with the backing of our respected and highly recognisable worldwide brand at Knight Frank.”

Christopher Dewe, Northern England Regional Partner at Knight Frank commented: “I am delighted that Andrew is joining us to head up our residential sales team in Cheshire. He is a dynamic and proactive agent having worked for us in London covering a range of residential markets and is now returning home to Cheshire. Andrew ensures customer service is at the core of everything he does, and I have no doubt that with his leadership and dedication, she will continue to add great value to all of our clients.”
