Squire Group boosts franchise industry presence with BFA membership

LEICESTER, UK – May 29, 2026 – Squire Group has announced that it is now a member of the British Franchise Association (BFA), supporting its continued expansion within the UK franchise market.

The Leicester-based company specialises in fire safety systems, CCTV, compliance support and intruder alarms for businesses operating across several locations.

Its decision to join the BFA comes as more franchise operators seek unified systems and easier management across growing networks.

“Franchise operators need dependable partners who understand the challenges they face. Our aim is to provide joined-up fire, security and compliance services, alongside technology that allows users to access systems from their phones wherever they are,” said Jacob Squire, Digital Strategist at Squire Group.

Managing multiple franchise sites can create challenges around compliance, security consistency and operational reliability.

Squire Group said its all-in-one service model has been designed to help businesses address those issues through coordinated installation, servicing and support solutions.

The company has also identified increasing demand for remotely managed technology among franchise operators and business owners.

Its systems allow authorised users to access live CCTV footage, oversee intruder alarms and monitor fire safety platforms through smartphone-connected applications, providing oversight even when away from site.

The franchise sector continues to contribute significantly to the UK economy, with activity across retail, hospitality, fitness, care and professional services.

Squire Group said becoming part of the BFA will support stronger engagement with franchisors, franchisees and wider industry contacts while improving awareness of the company’s services.

With its growing franchise expertise and BFA membership, the business aims to become a preferred partner for security and compliance services throughout the UK franchise sector.
