LONDON, United Kingdom, 15 October 2026 — Sheriff Adedokun, Founder and CEO of Pushbio, has received the TEDxWibsey Recognition Award for Contribution to the UK Tech Ecosystem, recognising his work as a technology entrepreneur and his contribution to building digital products from the UK.
The recognition was presented during TEDxWibsey 2026, held at Bradford Art Centre on 19 September. This year’s event brought together entrepreneurs, academics, community leaders and other speakers around the theme of how ideas, innovation and lived experiences can shape the future.
Adedokun has spent more than a decade building technology businesses across Africa and international markets. His entrepreneurial journey began with web services and software development before expanding into digital products serving creators, small businesses and companies operating across borders.
He launched Pushbio in 2022 to give creators and digital entrepreneurs tools to build stronger relationships with their audiences and generate revenue online. Headquartered in London, Pushbio brings together tools for content, audience engagement, lead generation, email marketing and digital commerce, with the platform now serving thousands of creators.
Speaking about the award, Sheriff Adedokun said: “I’m grateful to TEDxWibsey for this recognition. Building in the UK has brought me into contact with people from different backgrounds and industries, and those conversations have shaped the way I approach technology.
“I’ve always been drawn to problems I’ve experienced or seen others face. With Pushbio, we’re helping creators build closer relationships with their audiences and earn more from their work. This award encourages me to keep building products that solve real problems, from the UK for people around the world.”
His work with Pushbio reflects a longstanding focus on giving entrepreneurs and creators greater control over their digital presence. The platform was developed around a challenge Adedokun observed among creators whose businesses and audiences were increasingly spread across multiple social platforms.
Beyond Pushbio, Adedokun is also Founder and CEO of Clea, a cross-border payments company helping African businesses manage international supplier payments. His work across creator technology, software and financial technology has centred on developing products around practical problems faced by businesses and entrepreneurs.
The TEDxWibsey recognition comes as Bradford continues to build its profile as a centre for ideas, entrepreneurship and innovation. TEDxWibsey is an independently organised TEDx event based in Bradford and is run under TED’s global programme for locally organised events.
