Lancaster Maloney announces Joshua Martin as new Company Director

Manchester-based Chartered Surveyors Lancaster Maloney, is today announcing Joshua Martin, as Director of the company. Following a successful seven years with the company, Martin, will now join the leadership, continuing close relationships with existing and new Public Sector clients.

Following the introduction of the new Director, the company name will change to Lancaster Maloney Martin, with immediate effect. Martin will continue the growth of the already established company, developing upon Steve Lancaster and Peter Maloney’s endeavours to provide unparallel building and architectural services in the Midlands and North of England.

Director Josh Martin says: It is an honour to become a Director at Lancaster Maloney Martin and I look forward to driving continued growth within commercial practice whilst continuing relationships with our existing clients, particularly within the Education and Healthcare sectors.

Since joining the company in 2015, Martin has worked closely with stakeholders on projects including St Bart’s Multi Academy Trust, South Manchester Learning Trust, and The Education and Leadership Trust to name just a few. His high standard of work and commitment to the company has been instrumental to recent growth. Introducing him as Director was the natural next step.

Founders Steven Lancaster and Peter Maloney say: This is an incredibly exciting time for the Company and key to our long-term strategy.  We are delighted to welcome Josh onboard and look forward to seeing him channel his energies into his role as Director. The Company will shortly be celebrating twenty happy and successful years in business and this move gives us great enthusiasm looking forward to the future.
